Make your own skin care

Make your own natural skin care products

Reap the benefits of using skin care products made from fresh natural ingredients, free from harsh, drying and irritating chemicals. Have glowing vibrant skin that is soft and youthful.

Beautiful, healthy skin is dependant on what you put in your body: having a healthy diet; drinking plenty of water; not smoking, and; not drinking too much alcohol. Also vitally important is what you put on your body. Most commercially made skin care products are loaded with chemicals and preservatives, some of which are absorbed into the body. A lot these creams put a barrier over the skin, blocking the skin’s pores and inhibiting its ability to eliminate toxins.

You will love the following recipes. They are easy and cheap to make, lovely to use and you can tailor-make them to suit your skin. My creams are free of added chemicals and preservatives and will not last as long as commercially made products. They are best made therefore in small doses and kept safely in the fridge
