Luscious Grape seed Day Cream – suitable for normal, dry and sensitive skin
This gentle, all-purpose moisturizer is suitable for dry, normal and sensitive skins. It contains simple ingredients that are unlikely to cause any allergic reactions. Substitute soothing infusion of marsh mallow for the purified water. Pour 300ml of boiling water onto 15g dried marsh mallow leaves, leave for 30 min and strain.

emulsifying ointment
2 tbsp
grapeseed oil
1 tsp
beeswax
2 tsp
glycerine
8 Tbsp
purified water
1 tsp
borax

vitamin E capsule
Put emulsifying ointment, oil, beeswax and glycerine in one small bowl and the water and borax in another. Stand bowls in a pan of gently simmering water and stir until wax and oils have melted and the borax has dissolved.
Remove both bowls from the heat and slowly pour the borax solution into the wax and oils.
Beat gently until the mixture thickens.
Add vitamin E and then pour into a clean sterilized jar.
Keeps in the fridge for 3 months.
Avocado Moisturising Cream – ideal for dry or mature skin
This cream is rich and nourishing, ideal for dry and mature skin. Also makes a lovely hand cream.
3 g
beeswax granules
10ml
sweet almond oil
10 ml
avocado oil
2
vitamin E capsules
15ml
purified water
3 drops
rose otto essential oil
Place beeswax, sweet almond oil and avocado oil in a small bowl. Set in a pan with simmering water and stir until melted and a smooth texture.
Take off the heat and slowly add water, mixing with a hand blender.
Allow to cool and mix through vitamin E and rose otto essential oil.
Pour into a sterilized jar.
Keeps in the fridge for 3 months.
Lavender & Sweet Almond Moisturising Lotion – ideal for oily skin
This light textured lotion is suited for more oily skin types.
1 Tbsp
emulsifying ointment
1 Tbsp
almond oil
125ml
purified water
½ tsp
borax
1 tsp
witch hazel
3 drops
pure lavender essential oil
Place emulsifying ointment and almond oil in one bowl and the water and borax in a second bowl.
Stand both bowls in pan with simmering water and stir until oils have melted and borax dissolved.
Remove from heat and add the witch hazel to the bowl of water, then pour this mixture into the oil, stirring as you do so.
Mix in lavender and beat gently, until mixture cools and thickens.
Transfer to clean jar and use within 2-3 months.
Nourishing Wheatgerm Night Cream – ideal for mature skin
Wheatgerm oil contains vitamin E which helps prevent premature ageing of cells. Cocoa butter is a rich oily fat, derived from the cocoa bean.
1 Tbsp
emulsifying ointment
2 tsp
cocoa butter
1 tsp
beeswax
1 tsp
wheatgerm oil
4 Tbsp
purified water
Melt the emulsifying ointment, cocoa butter and beeswax in a bowl over a pan of hot water, then add the wheatgerm oil.
Heat the purified water until warm and mix it with the other ingredients, stirring until thick.
Transfer into a clean jar and seal when cool.
Keeps for 2-3 months.
Sweet Almond & Rose Night Cream – ideal for dry skin
3 Tbsp
sweet almond oil
2 Tbsp
beeswax
2 Tbsp
cocoa butter
2 tsp
rose water
½ tsp
raw organic honey
Place almond oil, beeswax and cocoa butter in a small bowl and set in a pan of simmering water.
Stir until melted and forms a smooth texture.
Remove from heat and add rose water and honey and blend well.
Allow to cool and then pour into a sterilized jar.
Keeps well in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.
Rose Petal Skin Cream – ideal for normal to dry skin
Normal to dry skin.
1 tsp
beeswax granules
10 ml
sweet almond oil
20 ml
rosehip oil, apricot kernel or calendula oil
15ml
rosewater
2 drops
rose otto ess oil
beeswax, almond oil and roship in heatproof dish – simmer – dissolved.
Remove heat add rosewater.
When cool add ess oil.
Keeps for 3 months in fridge.
Honey & Apricot Coconut Body Lotion
Coconut oil is soothing, emollient, and melts at body temperature, making it easy to smooth into skin.
50g
coconut oil
1 Tbsp
sunflower oil
2 Tbsp
apricot oil
1 tsp
raw organic honey

vitamin E capsule
Place coconut oil in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until melted.
Mix in the other ingredients, stirring over a gentle heat until well blended.
Pour into a clean jar and leave to cool.
Add vitamin E and mix well.
Keeps for 2-3 months.
Luxurious Body Butter
10 g
beeswax, grated
50 g
cocoa butter
120 ml
sweet almond oil
350ml
distilled water, warmed
3 drops
ylang ylang essential oil
3 drops
geranium essential oil

Place beeswax, cocoa butter and almond oil in a small bowl and set in a pan of simmering water.
Stir until melted and forms a smooth texture.
Add warm water slowly, drop by drop and mix with a hand blender.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Add essential oils and vitamin E and mix well.
Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 months.
Apricot & Wheatgerm Lip Balm
1 tsp
beeswax
2 tsp
apricot kernel oil
1 tsp
wheatgerm oil
Place ingredients in a small bowl set in a pan with simmering water.
Stir until melted and a smooth texture.
Pour into a small jar and leave to set.
Keeps for 3 months.
